For group bookings or contracts signed by a representative, the representative is responsible for communicating all relevant service information to the participants.

- International Credit/Debit Cards
Customers must provide complete and accurate payment information according to the instructions displayed on the website to ensure automatic confirmation of the transaction.
A booking is considered successfully completed only when:
- Full payment has been received;
- Accurate customer information has been provided; and
- Payment is completed before the specified deadline.
Failure to complete payment on time may result in automatic cancellation of the booking without prior notice.
