To ensure the rights and obligations of both parties throughout the service process, we kindly request that you carefully read and understand the following cancellation and refund policy before booking and participating in any of our services.

1. CANCELLATION INITIATED BY NGOC THACH TRAVEL

NGOC THACH TRAVEL reserves the right to cancel a tour or reschedule the departure date under the following circumstances:

1.1 Government Orders or Restrictions

If local authorities issue official notices requiring the suspension of tourism activities or visitor admissions after a booking contract has been confirmed, NGOC THACH TRAVEL will promptly notify customers and work together to determine an appropriate alternative solution.

1.2 Unsafe Weather Conditions

On the departure date, if weather conditions are deemed unsafe or present significant risks to travelers, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters
Floods
Landslides
Storms
Other hazardous conditions

NGOC THACH TRAVEL will notify customers and propose suitable alternatives while making every effort to protect customer interests and safety.

1.3 Solutions in the Event of Cancellation

Tour Cancellation

Customers may choose one of the following options:

Receive a full refund (100%) of the amount paid; or
Reschedule the tour to a later departure date subject to mutual agreement.

Attraction Ticket Cancellation

Customers will receive a full refund (100%) of the ticket amount paid.

Inability to Provide Services

If NGOC THACH TRAVEL is unable to operate the tour or provide the contracted service, we will notify customers immediately and refund all payments received within three (3) business days from the cancellation notice.

Refunds may be processed via:

Bank transfer
Cash payment

2. CANCELLATION REQUESTED BY THE CUSTOMER

If customers are unable to continue using the booked service, they must notify THIEN NGOC THACH COMPANY LIMITED through one of the following methods:

In-person at our office
Written notice
Email
Official company communication channels

Customers may be required to provide proof of payment when requesting cancellation, modification, or transfer of services.

For service changes or transfers, NGOC THACH TRAVEL will review the actual circumstances and apply reasonable fees and support policies whenever possible.

2.1 Attraction Tickets

Customers will be responsible for applicable cancellation charges as well as any online payment processing or banking fees.

Ticket Cancellation Fees

Immediately after ticket issuance: 100% of the ticket value
30–45 days before departure: 10% of the total service value
16–29 days before departure: 30% of the total service value
08–15 days before departure: 60% of the total service value
04–07 days before departure: 90% of the total service value
01–03 days before departure: 100% of the total service value

Important Notes

Cancellation periods are calculated based on normal business days only.
Public holidays and Vietnamese national holidays are excluded from the calculation.
Any cancellation made during public holidays, Tet Holidays, or in violation of the policy may incur a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the total booking value.
Public holidays are determined according to the laws and regulations of Vietnam.

2.2 Regular Tours (Non-Holiday Periods)

Cancellation fees are applied as follows:

Immediately after deposit/payment or more than 15 days before departure: 10% of the tour price
10 days before departure: 50% of the tour price
07 days before departure: 70% of the tour price
05 days or fewer before departure: 100% of the tour price

Customers arriving late and missing the departure time will be treated as a cancellation within five (5) days before departure and charged accordingly.

Tour cancellation requests must be submitted through:

Email
Written notice
Text message
In-person request

The cancellation is only valid once confirmed by NGOC THACH TRAVEL.

Telephone cancellations without written confirmation will not be accepted.

Saturdays and Sundays are excluded when calculating deposit dates, payment dates, cancellation periods, and rescheduling periods.

2.3 Holiday and Tet Tours

Cancellation fees are applied as follows:

Immediately after deposit/payment or more than 15 days before departure: 35% of the tour price
10 days before departure: 50% of the tour price
07 days before departure: 70% of the tour price
05 days or fewer before departure: 100% of the tour price

Customers arriving late and missing the departure time will be treated as a cancellation within five (5) days before departure.

Cancellation procedures and confirmation requirements remain the same as those applied to regular tours.

3. REFUND METHODS

3.1 Refund Options

Customers may receive approved refunds through one of the following methods:

Direct Collection

At the NGOC THACH TRAVEL office:

52 Hoi Kieng 21 Street, Ngu Hanh Son District, Da Nang City, Vietnam.

Bank Transfer

Refunds may also be transferred to the bank account provided by the customer.

Any transfer fees charged by financial institutions may be deducted where applicable and permitted by law.

3.2 Important Notice Before Booking

Customers are strongly encouraged to carefully review:

Tour itineraries
Service inclusions and exclusions
Pricing details
Terms and conditions
Cancellation and refund policies

If a booking is made through an authorized representative, customers are responsible for ensuring they have received and understood all relevant information before participating in the service.
